Programme description
This programme is here to help you renew your ACS Gas Qualifications to ensure that you stay compliant with industry legislation and requirements.
You can renew LPG qualifications or add LPG changeover to your existing core gas qualification with us on this programme. This will be relevant for working in the following areas: LAV, RPH, PD and Boats.
Who is this programme for?
This course is designed for anyone who is already a qualified industry engineer holding a current ACS Gas Qualification, or someone with a lapsed LPG qualification looking to add it back to their ACS Gas Qualification.
Qualifications awarded
Learners will gain the following industry-recognised qualifications:
- LPG Certifications added to their existing Accredited Certification Scheme
- Core LPG CCLP1 or
- Changeover from Natural Gas to LPG CoNGLP1 (Permanent Dwellings PD), (Residential Park Homes RPH), (Leisure Access Vehicles LAV) (Boats B)”
Pre-requisites
This course requires a current LPG qualification due to expire within the next 6 months or has expired within the past 12 months.
Course structure and Assesment method
We offer a full-time option for this course and different timelines for those looking for an initial assessment or a re-assessment:
Full Time - Initial LPG Assessment
- 3 Days in our Kirkintilloch centre
Full Time - LPG Reassessment
- 2 Days in our Kirkintilloch centre
Costs
All of our course prices are displayed excluding VAT.
- LPG Reassessment = £325+VAT
- LPG Initial Assessment = £427+VAT
